Cancellation Policy

Notice before pickup

Please give at least 12 hours’ notice before your scheduled pickup if you need to cancel. Contact us directly using the details below, quoting your name, journey date and pickup time.

Less than 12 hours’ notice

We may, at our discretion, accept a cancellation with less than 12 hours’ notice if the chauffeur has not yet been dispatched to your pickup location.

After the chauffeur has been dispatched

Once the chauffeur has been dispatched, the full booking charge applies if you cancel.

Payments and changes

Contact us to confirm any refund due for your particular booking. If you need to change rather than cancel a journey, tell us as soon as possible so we can check availability and any price difference. These arrangements do not affect your statutory rights.
